I’ve been traveling around preaching about social media syndicates, for over 5 months now. I can see the evidence of its power all around me when I’m logged in to facebook. Sharing is caring ladies and gentlemen. Syndicating your content and sharing others content, is what you HAVE to be doing to make noise on social media and esp on facebook. I shot this video to show you just how prevalent syndication really is right now online. There is no easier way I can think of, to spread the word. Take a look at the proof in this video.

If you don’t have a blog, then I have a newsflash for you; FACEBOOK IS YOUR BLOG. The reason I point this out is simple. If people go to your facebook wall to find out information about you and you dont have a separate blog, then facebook is your blog. A blog is basically a website that people go to, to find out about you. Facebook is just that. WordPress is considered a social network. Blogs are what started the social media craze. Facebook is a blog, twitter is a micro blog. That being said, you have to keep you blog looking aesthetically clean and attractive. That is not an easy thing to do in the land of ADD. Facebook understands our needs and has launched a few, easy editing tools that will help your viewers overall experience on your page. Enjoy the video and if you have questions hit us up.

As a realtor, do you check in at the local businesses where you live, eat, list, farm and sell? If not, why not? There are so many benefits to checking in at the different places you visit and do business with in your marketplace. I made this quick video to demonstrate the power of checking in and what I call the zillow facebook connection for real estate agents. Zillow is not the only place that rewards for check ins either. Plus the more localized you show your social media audience you are, the more you become the expert in that marketplace. If you are already using POSTfuser great, but continue to check-in at your local places, so you gain even more exposure. There is no such thing as TOO MANY POSTS! Enjoy the video and make some noise. pew pew pew Source: postfuser.com via Ryan on Pinterest

The post The Zillow Facebook Connection for Real Estate Agents appeared first on POSTfuser | Social Media Management and Real Estate Coaching.

Good facebook friends aren’t just born, they are made. Just like it takes dedication and work to make a business run, it takes those same principles to make a friendship work too, online and off. So you say “what’s that go to do with social media marketing?” It has absolutely everything to do with social media marketing. Facebook does not call your connections “prospects.” Matter of face not even linkedin calls connections “prospects” or “clients.” That’s because no one online wants to be labeled as a prospect and login surfing the web with a huge dollar sign above their profile pic… Sorry got a little off track there, back to the point…. They call them friends, followers, connections and things that create a familiarity among those they interact with THE MOST. Did you know that the more you interact with someone (online and off)the more comfortable they automatically become with you. The more friendly they become, the more willing they are to listen to you, which, if you are good, leads to a sale. So it’s going to be up to you to step up and be a leader, to reach out to the people you want to be a better friend with. Send someone a direct message. RETWEET someone’s last post, or even their website and twitter handle. All you have to do, is something! You know why? ‘Cause no one else is doing ANYTHING! So to get more friends and earn more media time, you have to be a better friend. There I’m done. Now here is where the story get’s weird… I made this video to show you easy, efficient ways to make time to be social. Now I’m an open book so prepared to be like “really? WTF did he put that out there for?” but trust me, it works and YOU probably are already doing it anyway so DONT HATE because I put it out there first ;-P When I made this video there was a dude outside banging on the door asking who was in there talking and what was the hold up haha. Watch the video, sign up for our FREE Webinars, then share this with everyone you know. Thanks! Oh, and dont forget to wash your hands!

The post You Have To Find The Time To Be A Good Facebook Friend appeared first on POSTfuser | Social Media Management and Real Estate Coaching.

You know, when you hang around someone all the time, you think you have heard all their stories and such, right? Today I watched Dreamweaver’s Marketing Plan To Sell Listings Fast and let me tell ya, I’ve spent pretty much every day with Chris, aka Dreamweaver for about 3 weeks now. He never ceases to, not always amaze, but entertain me. Today he sat down and tunneled all of his focus and energy on to this really cool platform, called prezi. It’s like some sort of fancy pants power point for people like Chris who are cooler than me. Just so we are clear, I’m the guy around here that does the editing of videos. So when I was editing this video, I found myself just watching it. Hell, I even took a note or two (don’t tell Chris, it will just go to his ego). So what I’m saying is this; Dreamweaver’s marketing plan to sell listings fast is a powerful prezi. It is, like he says, “not easy, but simple” You can take the system he gives you and incorporate it into your listing presentation. You could start a vicious cycle of never ending business if you follow this plan. But if you cut corners, it will not work. Grab a coke, coffee, beer or water and prepare to learn a thing or two about selling homes, over the next 15 minutes.

The post Dreamweaver’s BulletProof Plan to Sell Real Estate Listings Fast appeared first on POSTfuser | Social Media Management and Real Estate Coaching.

I first came up with this concept about a year ago. Since then, I have had quite a few people put it to the test. The results have all come back the same, and everyone agrees that SYNDICATION IS POWERFUL. I’ve never given a webinar on this process before. I have always preferred to present this live. Dreamweaver, however, convinced me to do a webinar for everyone. I have to say it went well. And, I was smart enough to record it too! Which brings me to the point… Here is the webinar on syndication. It goes in to detail on how to post, connect with referral partners and get the attention you need on social media. It’s about 40 minutes long, so kick back and enjoy.

Ever #wonder #what #in #the #world the “#” sign does when people add it to words, or use it in front of jumbled phrases? It’s called a “hashtag” and you can use it to mark your place in social media land. Using the # allows you to anchor your tweets, linkedin updates, pinterest pins and google + posts to any specific #subject. By adding the #in front of #words, you are positioning your comment or opinion on a subject infront of those who are most interested in it. —>Side note: # does not work on facebook. You can also use the # to search for subjects, items, trending topics and online conversations. A Realtor can use the # to search and find other innovative #Realtors who are using the # on social mediaas well. [Like minds go together...] This video demonstrates how to connect with Realtors in social media land, and to show you how to mark your spot there as well.

The post Realtor Marketing With #Hashtags appeared first on POSTfuser | Social Media Management and Real Estate Coaching.
